Dispatch

The donation of books does not include shipping costs.

• We ship with DPD to a PDP point or deliver to your home address, box up to 10kg.
• Your shipment is not insured. This means that once the package is transferred to DPD, the responsibility lies with them. If the package is lost or damaged during shipping, you can file a complaint with them.
• You will not receive any compensation from the foundation
• It is a non-profit charity, and its proceeds benefit the target group involved in combating (child) poverty. The foundation works with volunteers who provide their services on a voluntary basis.
• Orders placed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday before 12:00 will be shipped the following day and usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
• In all other cases, your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow for longer shipping times around the holidays and Black Friday.

**Exceptions are holiday periods, public holidays, weekends and around Black Friday.
